DataEnter Privacy Statement

• DataEnter respects the privacy of users who visit each of the sites within the DataEnter network. No effort is made to identify individuals without their knowledge. The following policies are in effect for all of the Web pages owned and operated by DataEnter.

• When a visitor requests pages at any DataEnter site, our Web servers automatically recognize the browser's domain name and IP address. Our servers do not record e-mail addresses. We collect the domain names and IP addresses in order to aggregate information on what pages users access or visit. This information is collected solely for statistical purposes and is not used to identify individuals.

• In certain cases, e.g. with software downloads or support questions, we ask users to provide their e-mail address for the purpose of conducting a survey or to provide additional services.

• When you signup for participation in a DataEnter list-server, your e-mail address is recorded just for the purpose of maintaining your own account within the list server. No effort is made to identify individuals who participate in our list servers or to monitor their activity in any way.

• DataEnter maintains a strict "no-spam" policy. Your e-mail address will not be sold to a third party if you sign up for one of our list-servers and you will not recieve mailings unless your specifically request them.

• Any communication or material you transmit to DataEnter over this web site, by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, or suggestions will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you transmit or post may be used by DataEnter or its affiliates for any purpose, including but not limited to reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. Furthermore, DataEnter is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to its web site for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing manufacturing and marketing products using such information.

• If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.

• The privacy practices of sites that may be linked to DataEnter's web site are solely the responsibility of that provider and DataEnter makes no representations nor bears any responsibility regarding the privacy policies of others.
